Town Center of Mililani

Originally built in 1988, the Town Center of Mililani was given a major exterior refresh under its new ownership.  Enhancements were made to both the entry and center court of the mall - including a new water feature and canopy sails that bring a new look and aesthetic for the tenants and shoppers.  With more than 90 current tenants doing brisk business, this project required thoughtful planning and coordination to complete site improvements and upgrades to the existing MEP infrastructure, to better serve the current and future tenants for years to come.
