Servco Toyota City

Servco Pacific, Inc., Hawaii’s exclusive authorized dealer for Toyota, selected Allied Builders to construct their flagship dealership location on a 27,900sf site located in the Mapunapuna commercial district.  The new 8,700sf home, often called “Toyota City”, features a stunning showroom, new offices, and a state-of-the-art training facility.  Although the structure appears to be new, it is actually a comprehensive renovation of an existing warehouse.  Toyota City customers are welcomed by a large open-air courtyard and reflecting pool as they approach the main showroom entrance.

This project received the NAIOP Hawaii Chapter’s 2007 Kukulu Hale Award in the category of Renovation over 40,000sf.
