Project Description
Proven successful at the Toyota flagship location on Oahu, Allied Builders was once again selected by Servco for this design-assist project. An unimproved 2.9acre property was fully developed to create this new dealership with ample on-grade parking, a modern stand-alone service facility, and car wash. At over 31,100sf, the facility houses separate showrooms for the two popular brands, Lexus and Subaru, and increases sales and service capacity for their Maui customers.
