Seeing potential in the Airport Industrial Area, our team worked closely with this well-established foods distributor to create a one-of-a-kind destination for Hawaii’s restaurant industry. The 45,600sf, bare-bones structure underwent major infrastructure improvements – new air conditioning, fire sprinkler, and electrical systems and slab remediation – and comprehensive interior upgrades. The signature “Chill Zone” houses a 4,600sf freezer and 8,000sf refrigerated walk-in area. The Entrée-preneurship Center, demonstration kitchen, and showroom provide services and facilities which support Hawaii’s local food service industry.
