Pesca Restaurant & Wedding Chapel
at Ilikai Hotel

This design-assist project achieved a dramatic transformation of the long-vacant top floors of iconic Ilikai Hotel.  The one-of-a-kind wedding and restaurant venue features panoramic views from the “wedding in the sky” chapel and the restaurant’s private and main dining rooms on the penthouse floor.  Renovations on the 29th floor created additional amenities for guests – a private wedding salon and an exclusive bar and lounge with a speakeasy feel.  Much less visible but equally key to achieving the owner’s and designer’s vision for this multifaceted venue were MEP upgrades and installation of new rooftop HVAC equipment.
 
Allied Builders worked closely with the Owner and Architect to manage the unprecedented challenges caused by a global pandemic, major disruption to both the supply chain and the travel industry.
