Ninja Sushi - Mililani

Formerly occupied by a healthcare provider, this tenant space in the Town Center of Mililani underwent a dramatic transformation under this renovation contract.  The new restaurant and bar, approx. 3,400sf, is equipped with a full-service kitchen with indoor and lanai seating for 143 guests.  With the change in tenant type, the existing MEP infrastructure required upgrades for the new hood exhaust system and rooftop HVAC equipment installation, grease waste and gas connections.  A new storefront façade, the new interior finishes, and upgraded lighting welcome its guests with a fresh, bubbly ambiance.
