jay iranon, vice president, operations
Jay has been in commercial real estate development, finance, and construction for over 35 years, and instrumental in bringing to fruition over $1.2 billion in real estate projects.
Some of his primary roles and responsibilities at Allied Builders System are to assist in short and long-term strategic planning, and to ensure that company goals and results are accomplished. He is responsible for the consistent optimization of our company in areas of culture, policies and procedures, and productivity.
Additionally, he is responsible for developing the effectivity and proficiencies of how we work together, how we collaboratively integrate throughout our company’s departments, and how we build strong project teams for our clients. He is committed to managing a healthy culture built on integrity and trust from which strong relationships are birthed and become the catalyst of our company.
Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with an emphasis in Speech Persuasion and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University.
