Iwilei Retail Center Development

This design-assist project completed the conversion of a 77,700sf building into a multi-tenant retail center.  The redevelopment required extensive interior demolition and building shell renovations to create a distinct storefront entry for each of the three national retailers and loading areas at the rear of the property.  Other notable site improvements included on-grade parking lot upgrades and energy-efficient site lighting.  This project has brought new life to the neighborhood.
