Iolani School – K-1 Community & Specialties Complex

While our reputation and a value-oriented proposal stood out amongst larger competing firms, it was the team’s commitment to collaboration and problem-solving that drove the project’s success.  Our client’s schedule and project objectives were met by carefully managing work on the busy campus.  Phase 1, the K-1 Community, was created for the youngest ‘Iolani students - five spacious classroom buildings and a lush play area.  In phase 2, an open plaza connects new specialties buildings - a leading-edge science lab and a striking dance and music studio.  Technology and custom-built components enrich the learning environment for students and staff.
