Elks Lodge No. 616

Preconstruction services contributed greatly to the success of this project – the first major renovation since the original construction in 1960.  The entry foyer, dining room and dance floor underwent a dramatic refresh while the 2,500sf kitchen was upgraded and reconfigured for improved food & beverage service.  Fitness and spa amenities were also updated as part of the Lodge’s Master Plan.  All work was scheduled and performed without disruption to daily operations, members’ services and adjacent neighbors.  As design-assist contractor, our team worked closely with Elks members to refine the project scope to meet budgetary needs.
