Cutter Ford - Aiea

After successfully renovating Cutter Chevrolet, Allied Builders was selected again to overhaul the Ford dealership, a 44-year old structure and long-standing Aiea landmark.  Understanding our client’s firm budget and distinct project goals was essential to being an effective design-assist partner on the team.  Working collaboratively with the Cutter team and consultants, value-rich VE improved the customer experience and completed the extensive renovation without disruption to their operations.  Both dealership renovations were delivered to the Cutter Team under budget.  Improvements to onsite circulation, parking, and accessibility benefit both customers and onsite staff.
