Crossroads at Kapolei

Built along busy Kamokila Boulevard in Kapolei, Oahu, this retail center is comprised of two single-story structures and a 147-stall asphalt-paved parking lot.  The project scope included extensive site improvements to the unimproved 3-acre lot, building shell construction, and anchor tenant build-out for Chun Wah Kam Noodle Factory – the flagship home which provides dine-in and takeout service and ample indoor and outdoor customer seating.  Decorative structural steel buildings with high ceilings are a distinctive design feature.  Allied Builders was also awarded a subsequent contract for turn-key tenant fit-out improvements.
