Chun Wah Kam – Kaka’ako

This dramatic design-assist delivery executed a vision shared by the owner and architect for the transformation of a 13,100sf lot situated at a busy Kakaako intersection – extensive site improvements and a comprehensive renovation and modernization of a late 1940s structure.  With experienced planning and proactive execution, the project completed in just 4 months.  Stripped down to its structural shell, our team focused on shell remediation and installation of new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing infrastructure while overcoming complex site logistics.
