Castle & Cooke Hawaii, one of Hawaii’s primary landholders, selected Allied Builders for this design-build project to efficiently develop their concept and meet project cost, quality and timeline requirements. One of the primary design objectives was to integrate the new two-story 60,000sf self-storage facility with the surrounding residential area of Mililani, Oahu. Well past the design stage and decision deadline, it was decided that LEED© certification would be sought for this project. This late decision placed the Allied Builders team in scramble mode. Nonetheless, our team gathered the resources necessary to achieve this goal of LEED certification and once again, demonstrated the Allied Builders’ commitment to deliver and provide added value to our clients through effective teamwork.
