Blood Bank of Hawaii

This project transformed an aged agricultural research center into a comprehensive laboratory facility for one of the State’s largest medical laboratory firms.  Project scope included a full interior demolition of the 4-story concrete building and 78,000sf of interior improvements to meet stringent facility requirements.  Infrastructure upgrades included extensive MEP and generator system work, a new elevator in the building’s core, replacement of the existing elevator, and other building shell and site improvements.
