Bank of Hawaii – Iwilei Branch

The biggest challenge faced by the project team was managing safety during and outside of working hours.  This project site in a neighborhood with constant activity along busy Dillingham Blvd.  In order to create the high ceilings for this new 4,700sf bank branch, a portion of the 2nd floor was cut away and new structural members added to enlarge the storefront.  New banking concepts and customer service trends are reflected in the design and construction - bright, open spaces with clean lines and warm accents to welcome bank customers.  The property has been improved with a newly paved driveway and customer parking.
