American Savings Bank – Kapolei Branch

Site development of an unimproved 1.3 acre lot with new ground-up construction and full interior build-out of a 3,000sf bank branch.  The 2-story CMU and wood truss structure houses a full-service bank branch with bank vault and safe deposit facilities.  An innovative window system, one of very few installations in Hawaii, View Dynamic Glass™ was installed for all exterior windows to enhance the customer experience, eliminate traditional window treatment, and decrease cooling costs.  Other site improvements included landscaping, on-grade parking and a double drive-through teller lane.
