Allied Builders System performed a complete renovation to the guestrooms, corridors, meeting rooms and offices at the Hilton Waikiki Prince Kuhio Hotel. Formerly the Radisson Waikiki Prince Kuhio, the renovations were part of owner Stanford Hotel's $65 million transition to the Hilton brand. Upgrades to the Hotel's 600+ guest units included newly enlarged bathrooms with glass shower enclosures, all new air conditioning, plumbing, lighting and finishes. Meeting facilities were completely renovated as well, receiving new air conditioning, lighting, sound systems and intricately detailed wood work throughout.

Perry E. Keys, project manager, KFC Airport, Inc. - "All of this work was performed while the facility remained in operation, with the aim of minimizing the inconvenience to the Hotel's guests."
