In this design-assist project, Allied Builders System provided a preliminary budget from an artist's rendering and worked closely with the Architect and Owner throughout the entire construction process. The renovation of two hotel towers (631 guestrooms), the lobby, restaurants, retail spaces, along with the porte cochere and driveway, was accomplished in well-planned phases, allowing the hotel to remain open during extensive construction.
