Built in 1901, the Moana Surfrider Hotel underwent a complete historical renovation in an extensive process overseen by Allied Builders System. The exterior of the hotel was completely renovated, and existing interior features from the original 1901 structure were restored. The results were stunning, as the original luster of the "First Lady of Waikiki" returned to the sands of Waikiki Beach.
